Description of Issue

Hi, I have an issue with Flightcharge.
Players are reporting an issue, which occurs when they teleport out of a world which has flightcharge disabled (either with worldguard region or executed via /cfly disable through console).
They get infinite flightcharge, or rather their flightcharge is not decreasing and stays the same amount.
Any idea how this can be fixed? Thanks.
