[data grid] DataGridPro does not display data when the scroll bar is visible #20107

Steps to reproduce
Steps:
- Just update MUI dataGrid to latest version 8.15
- Use DataGridPro component
- Make sure you have enough data (rows) in your table in such a way that the scrollbar appear
- As result, you'll not be able to see the data display in your table
