Implement a namespace and a class for the LV BMS which will include all the functions that the electrical team can use. The LV BMS will utilize a SPI communication protocol to gather information about the LV Battery. However we don't need to worry too much about this because the necessary functions to build this driver are under lib/periph/periph/spi.hpp and will be developed by @priyaltaneja.

The relevant data-sheets to look into are the ADBMS2950B and ADBMS6822... There should be a list of functions in these data-sheets which will give us a clear idea about what to write after the preliminary set up is done.
