make tag does not warn or prevent you from tagging on non-default branches #121

@ezzatron

Description

@ezzatron

I've just noticed that a make tag user has been accidentally tagging releases on a non-default branch, and it's created a huge mess in that repo. The tag target should probably warn or prevent you from doing this.
