Describe the bug

The feedback button in Settings doesn't direct the user to an issue template.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install https://f-droid.org/repo/com.manichord.mgit_240.apk
2. Enter Settings.
3. Invoke the feedback button.

Expected behavior

The user should be directed to https://github.com/maks/MGit/issues/new/choose, instead of https://github.com/maks/MGit/issues/new.
