Describe the bug
try to clone a modelscope repo, it fail with "400 bad request". while using git binary in pc or using libgit2 in android success. may be a jgit 3.x limit. may be the git server forbid old protocol.

To Reproduce

1. tap add button and set remote url to "https://www.modelscope.cn/stepfun-ai/GOT-OCR2_0.git"
2. click clone button

clone success
