Summary

Reading this faq, I am wondering if you ever considered putting plugin configuration inside database to avoid synchronization across matomo instances ?
We could have a matomo_plugins table with bool activating + a matomo_plugins_properties. To keep retrocompatibility at some point, matomo will synchronize db to config.ini.php if a property dbmanagement is on ? What do you think ?

It could be very helpful especially in a k8s context.
