We want to have a Gush/ Helka layer in mapbox. It will be used to:

1. Locate tree permits, as they include Gush/ helka info, that can be more accurate than textual address.
2. Search plans/ tree permits based on Gush helka.

This task is about:

• Uploading gush helka data (from Remi) to a mapbox layer. Data can be found here

• Understand how it can be queried using API

• Add a library that given a valid gush helka, returns its geojson, using querying the API.

• You may need to add credentials to config- feel free to do so
