Thank you for your reply. I understand that dedicated support is available only through SUBNET. However, we are currently using the community edition of MinIO, and I’m not requesting official support — just hoping for some technical guidance or advice from the community or the development team regarding the upgrade process and potential risks. Any insights or recommendations would be greatly appreciated. |

Dear Minio Team,
We are currently running MinIO RELEASE.2023-11-06T22-26-08Z under the following configuration:
Deployment: Single node – multi disk
Storage: 10 × 20 TB drives
Disk usage: ~95% full
We are planning to upgrade to the latest binary release and would like to understand the potential risks involved in this process.
Given that our dataset is extremely large and we are unable to take a full snapshot, we would greatly appreciate your guidance on:
The risks or challenges associated with upgrading from our current version to the latest one.
The expected downtime or restart duration during the upgrade, considering our data volume.
