bobray created Redmine issue ID 7551

If I try to save a static element without specifying a source file, I get an infinite save. The element is created, but generates a PHP error when I try to edit it.

If I try to save a static element with an incorrect, full path and Media Source set to (none), I get an "error occurred while trying to save the snippet", but the element is created anyway. It can be edited.
