Font fallback for CJK characters not working on Linux #13908
Description
CJK characters are not displayed on Linux WinForms applications when LANG=en_US.UTF-8
Steps to Reproduce
- Run the attached project on Linux
- Observe that Japanese, Korean, Thai, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese characters are not displayed
