Set up Docker environment and base configuration #12
Description
Create initial Docker configuration for both TTS and LipSync modules:
Tasks
- Create base Dockerfile for TTS module
- Create base Dockerfile for LipSync module
- Set up docker-compose.yml with both services
- Configure GPU support in Docker containers
- Add proper network configuration for inter-container communication
- Document build and run instructions
Technical Requirements
- Base Python 3.9 image for both containers
- CUDA support configuration (if available)
- Proper port mappings for web interfaces
- Volume mounts for data persistence
- Environment variables for configuration
