Description of the bug

Hi

I noticed when I wanted to run gatk that it won't perform snp calling unless you provide a sequence dictionary.
The doc was unclear about that and the dict param is not mandatory when gatk4 is chosen as snv_caller.
Not a real bug but somehow it should be documented.
