Description of feature

Hi,

I just wonder about the function of the Strandedness column in the sample sheet. Is this column really necessary and what is the function of it? I couldn't find any information about it in the documentation.

I ran all three possible cases (forward, reverse, unstranded) on some mouse data and got no differences between the different strandedness options.
