[MedtrumKit] Button label should be “Save” (not “Continue”) on Insulin Type and Patch Settings #792

Describe the bug
Insulin Type and Patch Settings screens show bottom button “Continue” while it saves changes. Should be “Save”.
Steps to Reproduce
- Open app.
- Settings > Therapy > Insulin Type (see “Continue”).
- Settings > Patch Settings (see “Continue”).
- Change a value, tap “Continue” (it saves).
Expected
Button label: “Save” .

Additional
Likely reuse of the same screen/component from pump setup/onboarding where “Continue” was correct. Needs a context-aware label (e.g. pass isOnboarding flag) or replace with generic settings save button. Check for other reused onboarding screens.
