Summary

  • surface the observability agent switch in the cluster create/update flows
  • gate the section behind PUBLIC_FEATURE_OBSERVABILITY_AGENT with chart + local overrides
  • default the flag off while keeping the payload wiring in place

Testing

  • npm run check passing
  • toggle appears with feature toggle value true
  • toggle does not appear with feature toggle value absent or false or anything non true
