Does libcoap code work for freertos environment ? If yes, how to compile Libcoap for freertos environement ? #1618

I am executing the following steps .
./autogen.sh
./configure
make
sudo make install
Does the binaries generated after these steps work on freertos environement ? or any other steps need to be performed ?
