HI, I have tryed all possible software (over 30 different OS) on my brand new Raspberry PI500 but the 3 only working OS are:

1. Raspberry Pi OS Lite 64bit (OK) - Full support of "kernel=kernel8.img" inside config.txt
2. Raspberry Pi OS Desktop 64bit (OK) - Full support of "kernel=kernel8.img" inside config.txt
3. Ubuntu 24.04 old LTS 64 bit (OK, but very slow, and the support of "kernel=kernel8.img" inside config.txt is missing and not supported, so the page file 4kb vs 16kb cannot run well, for many needed applications, they only run with kernek2712.img)

All the other OS software won't run on PI500 like:

• OSMC (boot error*)
• LibreElec (boot error*)
• Debian Bookworm 12 (it seems impossible, but true, won't run on pi 500, because PI OS Lite is a debian 12 variant), (boot error*)
• Ubuntu 24.10 latest version (boot error*)
  And many other OS, like Linux Mint.... (boot error*)

Boot Error*:
All OS Software (above) produce the same errors during boot:
bootloader wont' run, redscreen appears with "pi imager" options LAN Boot...but after few seconds, then system loops/halt....

Are you working on it ?
