Binary compatible and no new features so no need to bump major or minor version numbers.
Looks like project dependency follows project folder case. Project folder is NCrontab but package name is ncrontab. Perhaps this is an artifact of the tooling/SDK being still in preview.
Targeting net35-client fails on .NET Core 1.0 on Mac OS X so abandon it for now in favour of net35 that works.
This reverts commit 447608c.

This is primarily for .NET Core support as per #12 (dup #18).
