Gone from CRAN again, breaks trackR installation #9

FYI, Sept 19 2022
Package ‘CEC’ was removed from the CRAN repository.
Formerly available versions can be obtained from the [archive](https://cran.r-project.org/src/contrib/Archive/CEC).
Archived on 2022-05-07 as installation issues were not corrected in time.
This breaks installation of trackR, and since there is no CRAN entry I can't tell what the compatible R versions might be.
ERROR: dependency ‘CEC’ is not available for package ‘trackR’.
