I’ve released a U.S. public-domain medical QA dataset derived from Emergency War Surgery (DoD manual).

• 86 validated open‑ended QA pairs, chunked and formatted as JSONL
• Designed for sovereign, offline AI, RAG pipelines
• Fully licensed (CC0‑1.0, U.S. Government work)
