Describe the bug
Signing out of DejaCode while in the admin mode takes me to https://enterprise.dejacode.com/logout/ with a blank page displayed. I have to remove the 'logout/' from the URL to get back into DejaCode and then I can successfully sign out.

Expected behavior
I should be able to select and execute the Sign Out from anywhere in DejaCode.
