[acknowledgements] 500 Error when all roles are selected when adding an entry #9173

Describe the bug
In the module when you try to add an entry it seems that regardless of any other field you enter, if you select ALL the "Roles" from the multiselect the submission fails, if you select a subselection. it works
It's making me think it might be an SQL trucation error due to the size of the field ?
