For use with Josh's Terraform+Docker+AWS+Jenkins Tutorial
This is kind of a dev PHP 7.1 FPM + Nginx Base Image, there's probably better ways so hosting the site like separating nginx from fpm.
You can use the docker_*.sh scripts to build/push/run/stop this container.
