Describe your changes
This adds the potential model used in Hunt+2022, Darragh-Ford+2023, Rix+2022. The circular velocity curve is fit to the Eilers et al. 2019 measurements, and other disk parameters are taken from a literature compilation in Bland-Hawthorn and Gerhard 2016. Other parameters are fit to my own literature compilation of Milky Way mass enclosed measurements.
