Tooltip appearance in image explorerΒ #3370

Description

πŸ› Bug

Tooltip in Images explorer is not correctly shown with Auto tooltip appearance, I guess, when an image is wider than window. See attachements.

  1. too wide

  1. ok

Moreover, if I set Tooltip appearance to Top or Bottom I will get somewhat truncated tooltip. See below.

Seems like other options, e.g., stacking and grouping do not affect it but I am not sure completely - I tried to chage them as well and tooltip behaves in the same way

To reproduce

I think it is purely UI issue so you can adjust the slider so images are wide enough πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ

Expected behavior

Clearly visiable non-truncated tooltip or an option to scroll the content within.

Environment

  • Aim Version v3.29.1
  • Python version 3.11
  • pip version (managed by uv)
  • OS (e.g., Linux) - linux
  • Any other relevant information
