Describe the bug
Germany just switched from summer time to winter time, however the bed time schedule didn't adjust for that.
I have set it to 22:30. However due to the time shift the app now starts it at 21:30

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Set bed time schedule to 22:30
2. Have your timezone changed.
3. Bed time schedule will start at 21:30

Expected behavior
The schedule should adjust to the system time and run at the new 22:30
