Updated README and usage

Manage duplicates so that repeat scans don't generate multiple events.

Add command line options to control timestamps.

This is a barely functional initial version. It takes Ical format files

listed on the command line, extracts information, and creates .org headline
formatted equivalents on stdout.

The command line may be URLs, in which case they will be fetched using http(s), local files, or both.
