Kanade doesn't let you export the .apk anywhere

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Start the app
2. Select any app to extract
3. It will refuse to give any options to do anything

Expected behavior
You should be able to select an app and it should ask where to export.

• Device: LG Escape 3
• OS: stock android 6.0
• Version of Kanade: 0.4.0

I think I know what the deal is. Your app seems to be using a certain files app to save the .apk to. But with another unrelated app, I had the same issue where that app appeared to be using my Downloads app instead of my File Manager. I think the solution would be to ask what files app to use because even though all my file related apps are stock for some reason it's not working. Works perfect on my newer Moto though. Tried giving Kanade permission to storage and cleared cache to no avail.
