There was an issue #77 where a down key would skip a line. It was addressed for some cases, but this still happens in some cases, if:

• dirvish-vc is enabled
• and the comment line doesn't fit into the width of the column

I debugged this a little and narrowed it down to the visual width of the ellipsis at the end of the line. In my (monospace) font, the ellipsis is two character wide while it seems like dirvish expects it to be one character. I believe this is the case because the workaround at the link above works. It essentially replaced ellipsis with a one-character symbol.

I decided to create a new issue for this, because I can't reopen the previous one.
