Why
When we play the quiz often everybody has answered but the timer is not done yet.
At that moment we have to wait until time runs out.

Solution
Add an option for the admin to end the time for answering the question.

Extra's
Add visibility for the admin on how many participants already answered the question.

Additional context
This would allow a more natural way of playing the quiz.
