Temp files are being left behind on graceful exit #370
Description
Today the event loop does not wait for the worker to complete on graceful exit, which could lead to temp files not being cleaned up.
The answer to this in syft, the UI handling was split off from the event loop (anchore/syft#448). We should do the same here in grype.
