Detecting elixir language binary and runtime like /usr/bin/elixir or /usr/lib/elixir

Why is this needed:
Syft doesn't detect elixir on systems or images right now, so sboms end up incomplete

Additional context:

Elixir should be identified like other language runtimes, node,go,redis
