Thanks for making such a cool project! I'm using the docker image image version and I'm noticing that it will sometime use a fair amount of cpu and bandwidth when idle which I'm guessing is due the dht indexing. Since I don't really use that feature anyway I want to disable it but it looks like the you can currently only do so if you're using the desktop app (https://github.com/anacrolix/cove/wiki/OPERATION#dht-indexing). So this ticket is to add an environment variable or option in the web interface or some other way to disable DHT indexing with the docker container.
