Have one of the tags be the file name since many files have the proper date on the file name

Here's a few examples of file names:
20170902_101852.jpg ==> 2017-09-02
00001IMG_00001_BURST20171214074945.jpg ==> 2017-12-14
2002-12-08 12.00.00-11.jpg ==> 2002-12-08
