Currently, if we do /memoserv ignore add X or /mesmoserv ignore #channel add X the output is only: X added to ignore list..

It'd be nice to have in the output the nick/channel that's having the entry added, like X added to PeGaSuS's ignore list. or X added to #help's ignore list..

Why this would be useful

This helps users make sure the entry is added to the correct target.
