Description of the current limitations

There is already a function q3d.get_all_sources() which is very convenient (ans fast), but no q3d.get_all_sinks(). Iterating through all nets with q3d.net_sinks() is too slow

Check how q3d.get_all_sources() is implemented, do same for sinks
