after upgrading the existing VM to v2.4.1 through Vagrant.

/etc/init.d/init.sh has been changed since v2.4.1, but there is still the old init.sh in the overlay folder.
Vagrant updates the ISO only, but the additional HDD which includes /etc/init.d/init.sh.
