In version 0.72.3, the "Publisher" is not saved.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Add a new book.
2. Fill in new publisher's name.
3. Import the book.

Result: The publisher is not saved.
Note: Only already saved publishers are able to saved. The new publishers could not be saved.

Even when editing an existing book in which the publisher is already filled in, it does not appear on the edit page.

Authors appear as [Object Object]

Another minor issue is that randomly some authors are displayed as [Object Object] on the edit page. After saving, the author's name is displayed correctly.
