Dlss Swapper crashes when manually turning setting on and off under Game Library inside setting section.

Turning on any setting for Epic Games, steam, Xbox pc , ubisoft etc setting under game library hangs the application and 3 seconds later it crashes. Also what I have noticed that Dlss Swapper keeps scanning for games even though all the games are already read by dlss swapper. it looks like the scanning of the games just stuck with dlss swapper hence REFRESH icon in dlss swapper on top right menu does not appear and remain blocked as DLSS Swapper is stuck on scanning (shown in the below video of dlss swapper scanning). I have deleted fully and reinstalled dlss swapper but the same issue keeps happening.

Note- the recording software did not include my windows pointer, which is weird (do not know how to turn it on). hence the video is without it.

Please let me know if anything is needed
