The VSDInside M18 Stream Dock seems to be a pretty close clone to the Stream Deck. The plugin API is compatible (Stream Deck plugins mostly work with the VSD software unchanged). It does have its own HID IDs. The front end is VSD Craft, which looks like a knockoff or just reskin of the Elgato tools.
