Describe the bug
When creating a new account and uploading a profile picture, the image doesn't load for other users

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a new account
2. Select https://blacksky.app as your host
3. Use invite code blacksky-app-fwwms-prikl
4. Choose an avatar or upload an image for your profile picture

Expected behavior

Images should upload to our s3 storage (confirmed blob is uploaded and I can download and add a ".jpg" extension and view the image) and display properly when viewed in the app

There are many bugs with the signup flow this is but one of many preventing full production use
