Scenario:

I set up gurk on one machine, save password in config, then migrate this config to sops-nix. Now it replicates nicely.

On a new machine gurk should recognize the situation when config does exist, but the database doesn't exist yet and proceed to QR-code so I can initialize a new machine painlessly.
