Should raise informative log error in case role not exist in k8s inject_client_cert #2046

In k8s inject client cert flow, if host does not exist we raise nil error ,
We should raise and log a proper error that is much more informative
Describe the solution you would like
In case the hostId inside the request does not exists we should raise and log a RoleNotFound error
