Description

The SelectQuery class has TSubject but it is not used much, it should be present in return doc of each method (where, orderBy, group, all etc) to work with IDE.

I noticed some methods (where, orderBy) are defined in the 'main' Query class ( used by InsertQuery, DeleteQuery), would be a problem to have TSubject there?

Additionaly the Table::find would be updated to have return SelectQuery<TEntity> and Users table would have @extends Table<User>.

This is a next step for #18806
