Due to continuous, repeated, obnoxious behaviour the user @Elmue has been blocked from the canboat organization.

He repeatedly created issues about various issues that were wrong in only his opinion. He was unkind, belligerent even.

To make matters worse, he wants to use the database in his own software that for some reason is "shareware", not open source.

After various recommendations to do so by other contributors I have now decided that he will not change, and we can do without the aggravation -- I need to be cruising, not writing long replies.
