As the changelog says "Padding tags are applied to each individual character in the parsed text" which seems to have broken our text positioning in e.g. tooltips.
Example:

Is there a new way now to position text, or is it possible to restore the previous handling of padding somehow?

(Also noticed that padding breaks bg-color.)
