It could be useful to know what is causing Windows to indicate it needs to be rebooted.
Describe The Solution. Why is it needed?
In the linked issue, the underlying cause of needing to reboot wasn't caused by a package being installed, but by a dodgy audio driver. Adding logging would help diagnose these kinds of scenarios
