Thanks for sharing your work. I worked in a hospital, the work is very attractive to us since we want to see what we can do in an unsupervised fashion.

I have a question about data preprocessing, From the readme file and the article, we shall extract the middle axial slice and save as png images. Just wonder the definition of middle slice, is it the slice where foramen of Monro appears or it 's the slice where frontal horn and occipital horn are connected?

Another question is that, for example, we look at file_brain_AXT1_202_2020264 in dura_negative.csv, does that mean the middle axial slice of file_brain_AXT1_202_2020264 since there are multiple slices in https://github.com/microsoft/fastmri-plus/blob/main/Annotations/brain.csv?
