Add the ability to use an external instance of NetBox (similar to how we allow an external instance of OpenSearch/Elasticsearch). Doing so would disable the internal instance of netbox and its postgresql instance (but not redis, as redis is going to be used for some other stuff too), but still allow the enrichment to happen.

User would need to provide netbox connection information:

• netbox URL
• netbox API token (?)

And we'd have to modify the enrichment code to make use of it.
